In partnership with the World Triathlon Corporation, Michelin is introducing the new Ironman road tire. Using the same construction as the world renowned and proven Pro Race road racing tire, the Ironman tire features a distinctive red/black color scheme and special Ironman graphics. Available starting in June 2002 in 700x23c and August in 650x23c, the Michelin Ironman tire is slated for use in competition by triathlon legend Michellie Jones and phenom Chris McCormack.
