Look KeO Cleats

The KeO Cleat is made from polyamide nylon with Teflon toe and heel inserts, for durability and lightness. It's smaller and has a lower profile than most cleats, so it's lighter. And it doesn't squeak while you're pedaling like some other cleats do, so you get a quieter, more enjoyable ride. Plus, wear indicators tell you when it's time for new cleats.
